Catherine comes to Implant Solutions with a wealth of experience as a dental hygienist. Graduating with her diploma in dental hygiene in 1982 from the University of Massachusetts, Catherine worked in several premier dental practices in the U.S.A. and New Zealand prior to joining Implant Solutions in 2007. Catherine's knowledge of preventive care is extensive and she regularly attends professional development courses to ensure she stays at the forefront of Dental Hygiene. Catherine has been instrumental in establishing and monitoring standards of Dental Hygiene in New Zealand and was the first dental hygienist elected to the executive board of the New Zealand Dental Health foundation, a position she still occupies. Catherine has also co-chaired the Auckland branch of the New Zealand Dental Hygiene Association and is a member of the professional conduct committee of the New Zealand Dental Council. She is a member of the New Zealand Dental Hygiene association, New Zealand Dental Health foundation, and the New Zealand Periodontal Society. Catherine's special interest lies with motivating and educating patients to achieve and maintain optimal oral health for life.
