Implant Solutions - Implant dentistry and surgery
implant dentistry and surgery

Our Dental Services » All Teeth Replacement » Step by Step - Fixed Bridge

1. Beforehand
After your consultation and x-rays some preparatory treatment may be required. Then using 3-dimensional CAD-CAM computer planning, Dr Worthington or Dr Sauer will plan the entire procedure in advance and a special guide for the surgery will be prepared.

2. Placing the implants
This is usually a procedure of about 1 hour duration, performed under local anaesthesia. Surgery is performed using the pre-formed guide and a keyhole technique, so there are no stitches and little or no post-operative swelling and discomfort.

3. Attaching the bridge
This is usually performed about an hour after implant placement. This is a simple procedure with no discomfort. Your teeth are now ready for function!

4. The beautiful result
Your new teeth look and feel just like natural teeth. You will now be able to eat foods that were impossible to manage with dentures.
